Kerning Scroll Guy?

I'm feeling ridiculous... but wasn't there a guy that sold scrolls in the general kerning area? Dangerous Croco II or something?

The Eos tower scroll seller sell pretty much every kind of scroll. It's just Henesys/Ellinia/Orbis tower that splits them up.

It's much faster to go to "The Tree That Grew II" (or was it III?) and purchase from him there.

The one at tree that grew sells different scrolls though, and I think swamp of despair 2 is closer to kerning than tree that grew 2 from ellinia or at least equally close.
