With karma scissors, isn't it extremely easy to get a +52 pendant?

If the dragon stone quest hadn't changed and karma scissors were released in jMS, then I think she got that +3 pendant by getting two other people to scroll the first two slots then scrolling the last slot herself with the undone quest. However, this locks out the two helpers from ever getting a stone'd pendant forever, so to make a +3 pendant, you'd have to have some pretty dedicated helpers or a massive sum of money ready to fork over. Or make level 120 mules.

The only limitation on the dragon stone quest I've heard of is that if you already have a scrolled pendant (or an egg) you can't do it.

On the other hand I've never heard of anyone who dropped their scrolled pendant so I dunno if it's true.

The quest was changed in KMS as far as i know, so can't you keep getting eggs/dragon stones, using scissors on the stones, and selling them for 500 GMS millions?

Oh, really? I thought its only restriction was that it's not repeatable.

+ 33 helm
+ 30 overall
+ 12 earring
+ 12 shoes
+ 7 face equip
= 116 dex from gear. All these items exist already (and as common items)

The idea is that you could scroll nothing that could be scrolled otherwise.
Why waste that 30 overall on dex when you could do it with STR?
Why pay billions to scroll 12 stat shoes when you could simply get a silver medal?

It will eventually be the AVERAGE for players to not add more than 30 to their secondary stat

about the 3 dragon stones, here's my theory:
1. Get a HT pendant and an egg, then get a stone.
2. Use karma scissors to trade the HT pendant away.
3. This opens up the quest to get another Stone, which would be used if you accidentally destroyed your old HT pendant.
4. Complete the aforementioned quest, and get another dragon stone.
5. Karma scissors and trade it back, apply the dragon stone.
6. Repeat once more.

Even if they just bring out maker, it'll be possible to do a 30 dex top+bottom without sacrificing any str. Lucida/Neos adds (iirc) 6 dex for top+bottom, meaning 6 + 10(maker) + 14 (bottom scrolls) = 30 dex. And of course that comes with 10 base str + 10(maker) + 14 (top scrolls) = 34 str.

I don't think any of the silver medal adds more than 3 to all stats, so that can't replace a 12 dex shoe. & uh... it won't cost billions to scroll that :/ Maybe 150mil if you're on an expensive server.

Ya- Overestimate on the shoe. I haven't scrolled any- Regardless we are talking about average players- lie 100 mil tops scrolling an entire set of mid-range gear and still running -30 secondary stats.

I completely forgot Maker skill.
I'll try to work that in, but it will be complicated since some classes get more out of it than others and etc.
Needless to say- having 90+ to secondary stats with clean equips should be possible with maker.
