I think it reduces mana consumption by half while summoned.

According to MSEA extractions:

Spiritual Power (Mana) Cost : 40. Summons a Yuki-onna for 32 seconds. The Yuki-onna helps Kanna in combat, attacking up to 8 enemies at 550% Damage 6-8 times. Decreases Kanna’s Spiritual Power (Mana) cost by 50% and restores 2% of her HP with every attack for 45 seconds.
Cooldown: 78 sec.

Watching this video the skill does not seem to have that much of an impact damage wise, but that mana regeneration...wow.

Kanna on a mage party for bossing is crazy OP. Its not about its dmg, but about the dmg boost it gives to mages.

I dont cap on lotus on my evan (nerf was harder than I expected) and went Lotus with a kanna friend, using a crappy empress overall with -2sec and was capping 100%. I didnt even had to change equips after laser phase.

I dont know about other servers, but If Luna top mages go in a party with a kanna they could potentially take down lucid fast.

Well haku's buff is crazy for mages.. a % magic attack based on haku fan.. insanity.
