Just like the Smash demo, you can play the demo for ORAS as many times as you want. We'll likely see the demo next month along with Japan.

I think it's pretty cool that you can transfer your stuff over too.

I'm really curious about what the exclusive mega evolution could be, and what the special scenarios are (and most importantly, what special stuff they give you)

In that video Mega Sharpedo's model doesn't have spikes along it's nose, but in the concept art that was in corocoro it does...
Anyone else notice this or is my mind playing tricks on me?

Probably because upper-case omega is more recognizable than lower-case omega

It wasn't until that video that I really even considered it being a possibility. But seeing those primal evolution animations made me wonder about it because of how similar the two look (as far as the animation goes).
Ah well, time will tell if nothing else does. Only have 2 months now for the game to be out everywhere if I recall correctly.

Probably because uppercase alpha is just A; i.e. not cool enough.

The special demo version has been announced for Europe. It will be available starting October 15th.

They have also revealed details on the demo in Europe, coming in various areas on October 15th. The Pokémon Omega Ruby and Pokémon Alpha Sapphire Special Demo Version will be available in the UK from GAME, Amazon, Smyth Toys Superstores, ShopTo and the Nintendo UK Official Store from the 15th October until launch. The codes will then also be made available through a number of other partners including Wikia, Bin Weevils and Nintendo Life until mid-November. Amazon, Smyths Toys, ShopTo and Nintendo UK Official Store will be sending these codes out to fans via their internal databases. GAME Stores will distribute their codes Nationwide via Nintendo Zone

I'm.. pretty confused about how they are doing this.
I have Amazon, Shopto and Nintendo UK store accounts (I also pre-ordered Alpha Sapphire from there) so I imagine I will get the code in an email or something?

Why can't they just make it available on the E-shop?
EDIT: Oh! I understand the Nintendo Zone thing now. I was already planning on going to GAME anyway after the 15th to download the Shiny Gengar. Now I get the demo too!
