I don't remember if Electirizer/Magmarizer are available, but I'll check. If anyone wants to help later, let me know. Reaper Cloth is available in Terminus Cave I believe. Protector, Electrizer and Magmarizer are only available through Battle Maison.

Yeah, just found it. Protector is also in Lost Hotel according to Serebii. I'll double-check there. Not looking forward to 96 pts worth of Battle Maison. I get defeated around round 13-15 usually.

You can do other things for BP. Such as Institute and online battles.

Battle Institute seems even worse than Maison judging by the description
Nothing I have even has any semblance of a competitive team. I just throw a few Pokemon together and hope for the best usually.

Mega Absol (or anything with Magic Bounce) should cover everything in the Institute except the Double Team teams. I guess Doublade or Machamp works for that? Blaziken or some other sweeper should work for the last slot :3

I think I'll stick to Maison for now. Just going around clearing items out of routes for now. Yay procrastination.
Found a Protector as well as the Dread Plate inside Lost Hotel. They're in the south entrance after going through some tall grass.

Checked the move relearner for Gardevoir and it turns out you can learn Moonblast from it, so yay!
Just finished one cycle of the e4. Time to EV train Honedge and go through it at least two more times!

Just a quick question: Did Gen VI keep Gen V's EXP penalty for being higher leveled than the Poké that you were fighting?

Quote:Another new feature is the furthering of IV transfer. Previously, when the parent Pokémon had power items attached, it guaranteed the transfer of one of the IVs, while several IVs were guaranteed to pass down. However, as of X & Y, if you have one of the parents hold the Destiny Knot item, then 5 IVs total from either parent will be guaranteed to be transferred

Holy crap...this makes my breeding so much easier. I can get rid of one of my power items in exchange for an Everstone for Nature passing once I get the correct nature. Though I guess I still need to get at least one baby with Gale Wings so that I can still have the chance at that, since the dad has Gale Wings and max att, whereas the mother has Flame Body and max att+speed.

They need to be good IVs to be worth transferring, but I guess that wouldn't be much of a problem. And having flame body on you lets you cook your eggs faster ^^.

Made a Bellydrum/Aqua jet azumarill with perfect IV's in everything but defense/Sp.defense. Rest assured he kicks absolute ass.

Thanks for the random birthday wishes guys. Was not expecting them. Also, walked into a Pokemon Center, game froze, thought "awww pomegranate did my game freeze? when did I last save?", fireworks start flying and a cake appears on the screen behind Nurse Joy and then "Happy Birthday"

Beat the game, then sat around for hours unsatisfied with how I played through it. So much so that I deleted my file and started over.

can't beat the pokemon league cause I'm underleveled except for op blaziken :C
Wouldn't be a problem except for the fact that I have an all-fire team and I can't just go in without being at least equal in level. Anyone know where a good place to train that's not victory road? cause that requires surf and I don't want to put my lapras on my team to get levels from the exp share.

The last cave in Victory Road... the last part just before the Pokemon Centre. I grinded there for a bit to out level the E4

Almost happened too, but my blaziken came through with the brave bird OHKO. Thank goodness he's like level 7X.

Earlier I derped and let my Venusaur get confused and stay in the fight against Gyarados. Spamming Petal Dance resulted in 4 "hurt in confusions" in a row, while Gyarados set up Dragon Dance. 5 Dances later and it nearly wiped my team until Yveltal tanked Ice Fang enough to beat it. Good lord Gyarados are on some crack after that many Dances...
