[Update 2] Marvel Machine display bug (fixed) and Marvel Machine Monster Life Gem bug

There was a bug on the Marvel Machine web page resulting in the wrong item names and images being displayed for coupon codes. This issue occurred from approximately 8:00 PM - 11:30 PM Pacific on August 16. We will be looking into accounts that redeemed Marvel Machine coupon codes during the affected period. If you redeemed any Marvel Machine codes in the game during this time and have issue with receiving items in the game that were different than what was displayed on the website in this period, we encourage you to submit at customer support ticket about it. Please include the key words "Marvel Machine" and "Coupon Code".

We are also looking into the bug involving the codes for the Monster Life Gem coupons from the Marvel Machine giving an error message when redemption of them is attempted. If you are affected by this, we encourage you to submit at customer support ticket about it. Please include the key words "Marvel Machine" and "Monster Life Gem". This bug only affects Monster Life Gem coupons from the Marvel Machine; the ones from the Cash Shop work as intended.

I got 2 extra spins, even though I did my spins last night and not that 3 1/2 hour time frame today like it states.

(nothing of value in the spins, though)

I filed a ticket and they gave me 7 spins, got a Tyrant bowman cape and 2x 7 days teddy merchant, nothing else worth mentioning

I logged the ticket at Noon on Friday, I was asking more if I had filed in the correct Category and Sub-Category, since they already received their spins and I hadnt.

Well I have logged a ticket and left message on their forum and here we are on the last day and still nothing for compensation. I tried the LIVE CHAT thing but it didnt seem to work properly Sad. Now I am not saying any of this out of surprise, seems pretty much Nexon is falling back into their old ways because I am not the only one complaining of no compensation on their forum. Its like they showed us a ray of Light in the Darkness that had overcome the GMS kingdom only to increase the amount of disappointment of those players who stuck it out.

[Update 8/20 11:00 PM Pacific] After reviewing the reports that several of you provided, it was confirmed that many of you did not receive the spins that you should have when we gave them out on August 16.
