There was a bug on the Marvel Machine web page resulting in the wrong item names and images being displayed for coupon codes. This issue occurred from approximately 8:00 PM - 11:30 PM Pacific on August 16. We will be looking into accounts that redeemed Marvel Machine coupon codes during the affected period. This bug only affects Monster Life Gem coupons from the Marvel Machine; the ones from the Cash Shop work as intended.

Well I have logged a ticket and left message on their forum and here we are on the last day and still nothing for compensation. I tried the LIVE CHAT thing but it didnt seem to work properly Sad. Now I am not saying any of this out of surprise, seems pretty much Nexon is falling back into their old ways because I am not the only one complaining of no compensation on their forum. Its like they showed us a ray of Light in the Darkness that had overcome the GMS kingdom only to increase the amount of disappointment of those players who stuck it out.
