1c), carpets were banned as a flying object in part due to how easily Muggles mistook them for... you know, carpets

re: 2, Arthur Weasley wrote a loophole into that law so I don't think anyone can actually do anything about it as long as they didn't have the intent to do anything with it

3c), there were almost certainly other Muggles that saw so they need to be Obliviated, one wizard is underage, and neither should be using magic in presence of a Muggle according to the Statute of Secrecy

4b), I don't recall a separate small claims court

5b)

6 is interesting, I'd say d because it is illegal to use an Unforgivable Curse on another human but the defense could easily argue that he was trying to protect the Statute of Secrecy

7d), I doubt the Wizengamot would even get to know about it due to the nature of the Trace

8c), they come with old houses from what I've observed

9c), goblins haven't done anything to warrant reconsideration of the law

10c or e), boredom rules out Knight Bus, motion sickness rules out brooms, not knowing the basics of apparating rules out apparating, I'm not sure if 1 year olds can use floo powder
