re: 2, Arthur Weasley wrote a loophole into that law so I don't think anyone can actually do anything about it as long as they didn't have the intent to do anything with it

3c), there were almost certainly other Muggles that saw so they need to be Obliviated, one wizard is underage, and neither should be using magic in presence of a Muggle according to the Statute of Secrecy

6 is interesting, I'd say d because it is illegal to use an Unforgivable Curse on another human but the defense could easily argue that he was trying to protect the Statute of Secrecy
