Again... I just thought this would be interesting to do.
Basically, I've ranked how much the main attacking skill(s) of each class gets improved by Sharp Eyes, relative to its original power, in terms of average DPS. All attacking skills are assumed to be maxed. Multipliers are ignored, since they multiply over the result; changing nothing.
The Ranking
1. Barrage (stun) - 455/266 - 171.1% of original
2. Hurricane/Strafe - 232/140 - 165.7% of original
3. Triple Throw/L7 - 306/200 - 153% of original
4. Demolition (stun) - 625/436 - 143.3% of original
5. Savage Blow - 101/80 - 126.3% of original
6. Dragon Strike (stun) - 960/846 - 122.3% of original
7. Rapid Fire - 181/160 - 113.1% of original
8. Crusher - 191/170 - 112.3% of original
9. Pierce - 982/890 - 110.3% of original
10. Barrage (no stun) - 251/230 - 109.1% of original
11. Fury - 271/250 - 108.4% of original
12. Brandish - 281/260 - 108.1% of original
13. Heal - 321/300 - 107% of original
14. ACB - 371/350 - 106% of original
15. All spells - 106/100 - 106% of original
16. Battleship Cannon - 401/380 - 105.5% of original
17. Demolition (no stun) - 421/400 - 105.3% of original
18. Boomerang Step - 521/500 - 104.2% of original
19. Blast - 571/550 - 104.2% of original
20. Dragon Strike (no stun) - 831/810 - 102.6% of original
Notice a trend? Skills that don't have their own critical fare much worse than those that do. And among any that share the same critical rate (including no critical), lower damage percents gain more from SE than higher ones. Bit of common sense if you know how SE works, but yeah.
Little practical application, these numbers. Oh well.
