Southperry Shirts Available for Order - Ordering Closed
Words Wrote:The karma used to pay the shipment can also be used? I'd like to change my user title :o

It'd be silly to give it to you if you couldn't spend it. It's there as compensation for the extra cost.

As there are 24 hours left and you're on my nerves, hush. You freaking out every single day does not help and this is already stressful enough for me thank you.

I can't get the shirt until Tuesday since my paycheck isn't going to arrive in time because the accounting office is closed all weekend.

Can I still order after Sunday?

This is a one shot deal, everyone's order has to go in at the same time, so the only way that would work is if I hold all the orders an extra day and don't submit them until Tuesday after you make yours. Being a one day delay I'd consider it, but you'd have to honestly and truly commit to purchase Tuesday or face the wrath of everyone else hunting you down and flogging you with their own shirts when they arrive.

I've decided I wouldn't mind a shirt, but unfortunately wouldn't have the money to put forth towards it til next Friday. Too much other crap required my wallet this week. Hopefully it all works out, but if it doesn't, well... crap, I guess.

Include an autographed photo of yourself with the shirts, Eos. That would surely boost sales.

I'll order after I get off of work, I need to be walking out the door soon.

Based on the results of a poll of the existing pre-orders the deadlines have graciously been moved another week, out through Cyber Monday to let more of you have an opportunity to get in on the ordering.

Paypal's being a peach. They limited my account a few weeks back, and despite providing the information to verify my account, it's still limited. So don't know if I'm gonna be able to buy one.

That just sucks. We had a temp agency once that didn't pay it's people for nearly 3 months.

Not me, the initial buyers were gracious enough to be willing to wait.

I wonder... :o
I'm glad more people got the chance to order, though.

It was fine until I realized you can't get Paypal money instantly if the person who sent you money needed to transfer from their bank.

So then they had to buy it themselves + $25 is taken hostage for a couple days :/.

So... favors.

I'd never trust PayPal with anything beyond the debit cards I feed them to process. When it asks you to share your bank account information at the end of the application, I simply close the app and use the new account with the cards I have attached. Of course after a set amount of transactions, they tell you to verify your account to a bank. Then it's time to open up a new account and to repeat the process all over again.

I'm sure the entire forum is going to groan for me having asked this, but why?

Personal paranoia factor for me with respect to not always having a private computer to make online transactions and being concerned that any public computer I may be using may have a trojan/rootkit on it that'll feed information back to someone else. If debit gets hacked, you're already hedged on the loss. Depending on the situation, credit or bank cash might not be fully recoverable. The less information disseminated means less hands that have it and a reduced risk to some possible big screw ups by others down the road.
