Pokémon Omega Ruby and Pokémon Alpha Sapphire announced

I caught a Groudon, and when I looked in my PokeDex it appeared shiny. Went back to the PC thinking wtp I'm pretty sure it wasn't shiny. And of course it's not.

Solution?: They shiny locked Kyogre/Groudon. RIP.

So I was planning on legit giving away the game, but my friend convinced me to at least enjoy the beginning, and I have to say the way went about it was perfect. I chose torchic as that was my original starter, and I actually didn't play with that pokemon at all since R/S. I went to the first town and was surprised to find my torchic was adamant, so, this game is definitely rolling towards me. I'll overlook the milotic evolution, I suppose. T_T

Actually kinda struggled on the second gym.... until his Makuhita spazzed out and spammed Sand-Attack about 12 times in a row rather than attacking my pokemon which was 1 hit from being KO'd.

They need to work on the AI in these games, seriously.

I finished the ending parts of the story yesterday, and wow. I managed to catch Groudon in a Premier Ball. Wally's theme is awesome, along with basically all end-game songs.

Currently working on the Delta Episode.

I feel so bad that I no longer own my original copies of Red, Blue, Yellow, Silver, Gold and Crystal (I never played after Crystal until Generation 5, and didn't own a game until X&Y). They were my favorite games.

Aww, I wish I still had my Silver version, it was my first Pokemon game and my favorite gen.

The only Pokemon games I currently own are: Emerald, FR, LG, Diamond, Soul Silver, White, White 2, Y, Omega Ruby. I used to own RBY, GSC, Ruby and Sapphire, but gave them away to my cousins and friends.
