I can't take a screenshot of it, you will have to take my word for it, since both screenshots that I found don't show the Aran npc. There is also the fact that the Images for the alliance have a female Aran in it.

A good portion of this thread has been over Aran's gender. I think the topic has more or less deviated from its original content, but since this is referring to the main plot characters of MapleStory, I say we let it continue.

Anyways, I have firm belief that Orca is the Black Mage's daughter, whether through adoption, or by a natural birth (in which case, I'd love to find out who the mother was).

Also, does ANYONE have any further info on the Black Mage's past life? I'm pretty sure these facts we know:

-Born and raised in Edelstein
-Studied magic and alchemy in Nihal, and founded Magatia(?)
-Became immortal, supposedly adopted Orca (?)
-Was friends with Alcaster
-Created the first threads of dark magic

Consecutive mistake as in, they made Aran a male in the past leafre , their next content is Maple Unite! Then they put Aran as a male in the Cutscene, but they put Female Aran at the meeting hall ?
