This unfourtunatly is also true. It always comes back to the money. The fat cats get fatter while the little guy gets kicked to the curb.

And this is why I believe in ideological communism, since real communism doesn't work, and since capitalism/free market societies just cause/s nothing but wars and stress on the very community it's trying to enforce and serve...

Ron Paul states that we never had this issue before corperations got involved in healthcare and forced the prices to skyrocket. On top of that in the past we never had this issue, because most hospitals never refused to treat people regardless of their financial situation and owing a hospital money didnt destroy your life back then because of far lower costs and insurance companies and banks didnt have so many oppresive policies and had their hands out of the healthcare system.
Healthcare reform is needed, but pumping more money into the current system will solve nothing, and all Obamacare does is force people to participate in this broken system.
So. You are saying that, in order for the current system to be good, you have to bypass it.
So, you say a change is needed, but you want it to magically happen without anyone contributing? Money really doesn't add a thing?
I guess the proper approach is to keep things as they are, I guess, right? Or what's a proper approach then? Because if you only know what's wrong, that doesn't make you right.

Health care and health insurance these days go hand in hand. No health insurance often means you can't get care due to lack of coverage or you think a place can't accept you, you'll run the risk of getting substandard care as often there are some doctors that operate in places without proper licenses or doctors who will treat symptoms for cheaper but not cure the illness, and you'll pay fully out of pocket for everything.
Seriously watch Medical Mysteries on some of the Discovery networked Channels on Cable/Satellite. It's ironic how often at times a doctor will just treat one symptom instead of looking for the underlying clues to what the cause of the illness is, but when it boils down to money, medicine is a gold mine, that is until you get sued for malpractice.

Ideological communism is not too bad, its kind of what china has right now. Real communism works in theory, but its too easily currupted into something more than its intent.

Actually communism never works in any practice real, ideal, etc. History has proven this and always will. China actually is attempting experiments with Capitalism in places like Hong Kong, because Communism has shown it's weakness and has failed each and every time because the market simply dies out from lack of competition, product and production advancements, and marketability. However, even with this, China as a market is slowly being ground out because it keeps pushing inferior products to market. Look at how many dangerous, toxic, infested, and substandard products come out of China each and every day and often are subjects or recalls and discontinuations. Seriously how often do you really hear of products from Thailand, Taiwan, Japan, Mexico, etc. being as subject to as many recalls that are publicized? Not very often, if ever.
Karl Marx's theory of Socialism and Communism were not without a fatal flaw. If the working class overthrows the ruling class and becomes the ruling class, the cycle only is doomed to repeat itself without end in which no positive gains are ever formed as each working class only serves to overthrow the former.
Capitalism isn't perfect either, but it does offer a chance at competition, marketability, and expansion but based on the efforts and ingenuity of those who choose to attempt it. The inferior is replaced by the superior, but the inferior can still be bettered to compete with the superior to allow flexibility.

There is no ideal condition. Communism allows a government to control every aspect of a market system. They make the rules, they own the land, means of production, etc. There is no way someone can compete with someone else and have a better product, more efficient means of production, and anything else because it's controlled, regulated, and kept at a level even if the level is good or bad. Not only that government is flawed because it promotes what it wants at all times for the country as a whole, but not for what each individual actually needs. Becasue no two people have the same needs or wants, the system's promotion of equality is in it's own definition, completely flawed.

That's their deal with the UK. Afterward, China has free reign over the city. Also China's economy is doing quite well o_O much better than most countries, isn't it? And of course you'd have more recalls of Chinese products, since Chinese products are the most widespread. Do you have more than 10 products in your immediate surroundings coming from Thailand/Taiwan/Japan/Mexico/etc.?
I get what you're saying, but a regulated economy like China seems to flourish in a capitalist world.

I disagree. China has a terrible human rights situation.

China is a prime example of how communism can work. No system is perfect and without its flaws but china has found a way to compete while still holding onto its government basis. Though we have kind of strayed from the topic so I will try to bring that back into focus. By allowing the obamacare bill to go through, it is taking this country one step closer to becomming a socialist/communist style of government and that flies in the face of what our founding fathers faught and died for. This country was founded on the basic principle of freedom. Being forced to take part in something because the government says we have to is taking away our right to choose.

Don't you feel that the so called "right to choose" has been overided by the "ability to buy"? I'm sure tons of americans want to choose healthcare, but they can't get it simply because they can't afford it.
Maybe I have a narrow view of the way your constitution works, since I'm looking at it from the outside, or maybe I'm just naive, but it seems that very little in the US is about choice anymore, and more about whether you have the funds to buy it.

Well we have issues too. That situation has been going on for a very long time. Just because we dont agree doesnt make it wrong. If the people of china had a problem with it they would something about it. Just like it is in north korea. The north koreans dont stand up and challenge their government. The problem with most americans is that they believe that the rest of the world should be like us. We dont have a perfect society and niether does the rest of the world. Fact is that each society has it pluses and minuses. So who are we to judge?

It works in theory. However, I think Marx failed to realize that the opressed can be just as cruel as the oppresor when they reach power. One thing about communism (correct me if im wrong) is that it assumes that people are not inherently selfish, and therefore its possible to make a society based on pure altruism. This leaves too much room for monsters like Joseph Stalin to take advantage of the communist system.

Actually no. You still have the ability and right to choose. You do have the choice of taking extra work, extra jobs, both spouses working, and making some sacrifices.

That is kind of my point. Yes there are plenty of people who do want healthcare and cant afford it. Obamacare will not change that though. When the bill is examined in full detail there are hidden points that contradict the "easy to buy" healthcare. So in reality, while they could get healthcare, they would not be able to afford the final cost. You are correct in that this country has moved away from the freedom of choice in favor of you can chose if you have money. This country has become more about making money than about anything else. That is mostly due to the Federal Reserve Bank and these other big businesses who control Wall Street.

Health insurance, for the most part, is actually bad.
