I was really happy with mine, now not so much after seeing the ones in this thread and in the SP world D:

Also jesus christ i'm getting sick of trying to get the Sandstorm in a bottle.
Edit: literally as soon as I said this, I finally got it.

Now get three red balloons! ...Honestly, that's a much easier goal than the sandstorm bottle. I finished my bundle of balloons accessory just now myself. It is awesome. Using it with wings means some super jump height and distance.

I already gathered all 3 balloons (I already had Cloud in a Balloon and Blizzard in a Balloon) they were easy compared to the Sandstorm in a Bottle.

I even had a Balloon and a Cloud in a Bottle left over, so I combined them and left it in my Free Stoofz chest for anyone to use.
Bundle of Balloons is awesome, especially with Flying Carpet and Lightning Boots (Rocket Boots + Hermes Boots + Aglet + Anklet of the Wind). so easy to travel around.

I really want to get the world into hardmode so I can get some wings!

Last night I was doing some experimenting and found out that some wings are better than other wings (more flight time). I haven't tested all of the wings; I only had enough stuff to make 5.

Bee Wings = Butterfly Wings < Bat Wings = Harpy Wings < Ghost Wings. Once I get more flight souls I'll try to make the rest.

Razmos and I are getting the spawn point ready hard mode

I made 5 Queen Bee spawners, I used one, killed the Queen Bee, and now we have the Witch Doctor NPC for the world

I'll put the other 4 in the chest at my ice castle, in case anyone wants some Bee weapons.

I also got the Queen Bee trophy and stuck it on the wall in the main hall with the other trophy

lol I didn't even do anything. I updated my Network adapter drivers a couple days ago and that seems to have fixed my computer losing internet randomly.

So I've been working on my ice fortress. I forgot you guys made a server, again. It's probably murdered to death with no land so I'll keep to my ronery ice fortress with my penguin pet.

But holy pomegranate I love sandstorm.

There's tons of space. The world is very large.

Yeah the 1.2 world isn't like how the old SP server was. This one is way more mellow cause it was setup on 1.2 release day where as the old one was put up weeks / months after everyone had already done everything. Plus the old server was on Hard Mode in a matter of minutes.

Today we fought off a pirate invasion, survived a solar eclipse and defeated Plantera! now we have the Pirate, Steampunker and Cyborg NPC's

I really wanted the Death Sickle from the Eclipse. Or the Moon Stone. I always get a bunch of broken hero swords and bat wings instead.

(I still have a hero sword and a batwing left if anyone wants them)

I really dislike that the revamped Hard Mode heavily encourages Ranged / Magic, as if Spectre Armor wasn't obvious enough. I farmed the Hard Dungeon for a while and when I ran out of bullets for my MegaShark, I was getting destroyed just trying to melee.

It can't be helped sometimes. I imagine you could get away in the Hard dungeon with a sword and spear, but once one of those casters shows up (or God forbid, a Paladin), all bets are off. There are a couple nice Melee-Ranged weapons like the Ice Sickle you could try.

Spectre is absurdly OP though, that is a fact.
