He soloed it. He got to pick which helmet to get, and I guess he dropped them until he found a good one.

It was believed to be the original entrance into NLC. It would be a single map between NLC and the subway itself, but they changed their minds supposedly.

In earlier patches, mages could magic door in the subway and enter the map. Just some monsters and a yeti statue. Later on, a door with the yin-yang sign was added. It was blocked off after that, though.

Actually we thought it was a different path away from NLC, not that it necessarily came between the subway and the city. Anyway it's just in their data, it may not actually be accessible.

10k HP JUST to have a 1:1 ratio on Honsters, and 8,333 MP JUST to have a 2:1 ratio on Mana Bulls. God dam they really don't want people to buy % elixirs so easily. Even the Ginger Ale is only marginally better than a Mushroom Miso Ramen. ;_;

I'm trying to finish the NLC quests to get the Warrior Throne chair,
and I found out it is pineappling hard.

The Elpam magnets are drop from WolfSpider and not Barnard Gray.
Same goes for Temporal Fragments and Hyper Gylphs, the drop rate
is very very low.

After hours of trying to gather the items and couple of times died in
the WolfSpider map, I still have'nt finish this pineappling quest.

That's lucky for you. I had to go all the way to Omega (which is like the farthest distance anyone has to travel for a single quest), and then go back.

But the quest to get Elpam Magnets is level 40, so that's kind of completely ridiculous.

Looks like there's no real point to using Mana bulls. Ginsengs and Ginger ales are both slightly more economical just for the recovery of mp, and they heal hp to boot.
