All I have to say is......are they high or on various kinds of drugs on the same time? Because those stats just made the game a bit unbalanced, especially the Wand. >_>

With the exception of CWK weapons, all of the other weapons are equivalent of giving players 5 30%'d weapons and letting them toy with it. >_>

i believe the sleeve and the wand is a one-of-a-kind item and untradeable. MSEA does have such item (eg. mambas, deadly fins) that already have +2 10% passed in it with 5 slots.

since the attack is so imbalance, i think it will be only drop by the malaysia boss.
