As much as I want this, I think it's stupid to release such resolution when half of the maps aren't compatible...

Yeah, it'd be awesome if all the maps were updated to fit the new resolution, but there are hundreds of maps that would just be tiny little squares in the middle and then a huge black border =/
Can you imagine doing guild PQ with that resolution? It'd be awful >_<
I'm also curious as to what they're going to do with the bottom bar UI, since they'll need to stretch it out a lot more. More quickslots? Probably just bigger HP/MP/EXP bars.

No. Anyone can edit the screen resolution to any size they want through regedit. That is how this was done.

I assumed it was something like this. I mean, if they actually implemented it, I would hope they would clean it up a bit. When the camera moves down, it is slowed down a bit, like after that Hayato move. Ick

The new Ability system is great! As you can see, this is the new UI. You can see your current Honor and how much Honor it will take to reset your Ability on the bottom. The cost increases if you choose to lock the rank (can only be used on Epic or higher, my cost went from 100 -> 500) and if you wanna lock any lines (which you can only do if you choose to lock the rank). You can lock up to 2 lines and the cost will increase accordingly (500 -> 2500 for one line, 2500 -> 5500 for two lines), so you can now get rid of single bad lines. And all of this is for free

I'd assume the base cost of resetting would be higher the higher your rank is, idk.

Can you do this at all ranks? Does legendary only let you lock 1 line? Can you rank down from legendary now?

Yep! I'm not sure, but I'd assume you'd still be able to lock 2... and I don't know about the last part either... the 'rank lock' option says it works for Epic or higher so I think it might imply you can rank down if you're Epic/Unique/Legendary.

Is the way you get honor changed? Did they make medals harder to get? Does the exp you have before the update affect how much you have after? Basically should i be farming honor exp now.

I think they did, I didn't really pay attention to it while I was grinding on Tespia but when I looked at my char for the first time it already had a lot of Honor (before I used any Medals), so I think you get it while getting regular exp now?
I can't comment on the droprate of Medals (lolTespia) but they definitely nerfed them, I only got like 1~5 per They reset Honor exp for this Tespia patch so I'd assume they'd do it in the real patch too.
