Zerard Wrote:Aw, really? Oh well, I guess I'll still play through the game to get the rewards simply because.
Can you transfer the pokemon you get at least?
Just Steelix/Glalie and the items is what you can transfer.
Also, I don't believe this was mentioned:
Quote:Trainer customization isn't the only feature that Pokémon fans want to see in Omega Ruby and Alpha Sapphire. The Battle Frontier, which features a variety of advanced challenges in a theme park-like setting, is another popular feature that has lately been absent from the series. Will it also be missing in Omega Ruby and Alpha Sapphire?
When I asked Ohmori, he seemed to consider his words carefully: "All I can really say is that we have quite a lot of content for after players finish the game this time around. We also have a lot of features like contests and secret bases, so right now we're only really talking about those."
Ohmori did, however, confirm that move tutors will be in this version, and that certain Pokémon will be able to learn moves they couldn't learn before. As for the rest of the postgame content, expect an optional quest centered around Mega Rayquaza, plus the usual array of legendary Pokémon and hidden dungeons.
Also regarding the DexNav, we now have confirmation that these "rare moves" are Egg Moves, for example, a Zigzagoon with Charm, or a Poochyena with Ice Fang right off the bat when you catch them.
It should also be noted, this can backfire, in the case of this guys Zigzagoon. Charm replaced Tackle, so he couldn't really do anything with it.
But holy crap. This fly system looks like it kicks all kinds of ass
I think it's only with Lati@s that you can use that specific system if I read correctly... But I may be wrong. But I feel like by the time you get fly, you'll have them anyways. I dislike it, because I just want an Altaria to fly me around. D:
It would have been better to give the mega pokemon on the 10th play through. Now I have gone through it once I don't feel much of an incentive to do it 9 more times even if it is different.
The flying system will suck if it's required to have a Lati IN your party, wouldn't be much of a hassle post-game, but I hate having legendaries with me at all while I'm going through the main story. If neither of those are required, then I'll be happy, but I doubt that.

Demo got decrypted, view at your own risk.
It appears the demo is a stripped-down version of the game from a programming perspective rather than its own thing. The regular Pokemon models were ripped out of the demo along with descriptions for several new moves, but some scraps of data were still left in. As such, Mega Hoopa’s full-blown model isn’t actually in the demo’s coding – the model you see is a resized version that will be used for something else in the game.

I was hoping Shiny M. Sableye would be holding a Sapphire
The majority of the shinies are hideous (including M. Hoopa, though I like the way the normal form looks). M. Altaria, Gallade, Rayquaza, Camerupt, Sceptile and Primal Groudon/Kyogre all look pretty good though.
M. Audino and Glalie don't look different enough.
I wish they'd stop going for that same awful shade of green, gold or purple for every shiny.

Shiny M-Diancie looks pretty neat. Dark Magical Girl.
The uploader claims Battle Chatelaine's artworks are in the game as well... I'm getting a really gloomy vibe about the Battle Frontier...
No Battle Frontier, but there is something called the Battle Resort which I'm assuming is a beefed up version of Battle Frontier. Also in an interview they actively avoided discussing talking about the Battle Frontier, assuring that there is a lot of post-game content.
Also this:
Is adorable. I love the heart-shaped mouths and the way their Luvdisk shirts are kissing.
Also look at how skimpy this female trainers outfit is:
Oh wait, that's Wallace.

Oh right yeah I forgot about M. Diancie, I like the look of that one too.
Apparently the demo code is of an early build of the game with placeholder stuff everywhere. There is also apparently placeholder data for 4 more mega evolutions. (In an ideal world it would be Flygon, Milotic, Shiftry and Ludicolo)
M. Hoopa might not be a mega at all. the form has magician, which would not work as a mega evolution because it wouldn't be able to steal an item. Also it gets a 80 base stat increase rather than 100 like a mega. It also gets a new move when it transforms, which megas do not do.
There is also a new location called "Sea Mauvile". I found a scientist in the demo who mentions he was looking for "Sea Mauvile" and ended up on that island instead. so it looks like a new town hidden underwater.
There is a bunch of stuff missing from the demos data or locked away. This is not everything.
There's 17 new mega evolutions (minus Rayquaza since he seems to have his own way), and there's 17 spots for mega stones. Still could be changed in the final version though, as this is the demo afterall.
