You mean 25 Black Armor Fragments, right? You training at Qualm/Memory zones?

Also, the Maker UI will tell you if you can make Monster Crystals out of them or not regardless of how many you have. Just stick it in the slot and see... As for other things it could be used for, no idea.

most items that drop from more than one monster aren't eligible to be made into monster crystals.

This might be a a wierd question, but do the black armor fragments that drop from the guardians in Time Temple have any use? They're as rare as pieces of time. People rumored around saying you can stick 100 pieces of time in the ??? and make a rock of time out of it... Has anyone tried that? xD

And, would there be some additions to make new items? There's no maker slot for capes and earrings. There are earrings and a cape with the timeless set though. Wonder how people will go about obtaining those unless they drop from Pink Been or might be quest rewards.

They're completely useless now, but if I had to guess, I'd say they'll be needed in the quest/recipe to forge the sealed timeless pendant. Just a guess though.

Which would still probably require a Time Stone, meaning they are still useless even then
