Sweet (here goes me then spending the next year of my MS career trying to buy 10% shoe attacks :X)
-> Question: How accurate is this information from Locked?
Confirmed by mods/tested/guesses?

On an entirely different note, how much are Lucky Day scrolls?!

I'm pretty sure the extractions have a value that determines if it's special or not.

No.
Special Scrolls are scrolls that don't follow the standard format of regular scrolling. Such a clean slates, etc. Standard scrolling is adding stats to an item via +5, +3, etc. The other thing that I would think classifies as a "special scroll" would be those that aren't in kMS.

SO

using a lucky scrolls negate dilligence since they are special, or they add a total of 20% with it?

i've never used one, i would think you'd get double (10 from scroll, it's normal scroll so +10 dilligence, +10 from lucky scroll effect) making 30, but i don't have the funds or methods to prove this, and kinda doubt anyone has *cough*
