Nostalgic Gaming

Started playing the Megaman X collection a ton. Waves upon waves of nostalgia hit me as I tear through the games

-The Legend of Zelda
-Zelda II : The Adventure of Link
-A Link to the Past
-Link's Awakening
-Ocarina of Time
-Majora's Mask
-Wind Waker
-Four Sword Adventures

I wish I could get ahold of a copy of the two Oracle games and reclaim my copy of Minish Cap. They're the only three games I no longer have a legal copy of. ;w;

-Metroid
-Super Metroid
-Metroid Fusion
-Metroid Prime
-Metroid Prime 2 : Echoes

I wish I had a copy of Metroid II. I've never actually played the game.

I play these games a LOT. Lmao

The PS logo reminds me that last week I saw a couple kids with an old PSX fat model... and I was moved almost to the verge of tears. Man I hadn't seen one of those in ages!

lol SMRPG + Link to the Past + Kirby Super Star + Tetris Attack are the top 4 games I keep going back to on my SNES.

Is it wrong that I preferred the SNES over N64/PSX? I mean, don't get me wrong big break through in graphics. However, I thought that SNES had supreme graphics, even i fit was side scrolley most of the time.

And now I feel like doing a play through of Panic In the Mushroom Kingdom.....

As far as my history goes, I never played a real SNES in the history of ever. Megadrive/Genesis was a lot more popular over here... and then the PSX with huge games, graphics, lots of RPGs and a superior controller appeared. Man that was sick. I remember leaving my cousin's PSX on for like days to finish Crash Bandicoot 1 in one go... Or the first Spyro! Then I manned up and got a Memory Card so I could play FFVI, FFVII and FFVIII. Ah, I need to buy a PSX. I miss those.

Mind if I ask this question here?

Alrighty, so the Kingdom Hearts series..

Is Birth By Sleep an important part of the series, and must be played?
Because.. I don't have (or will get ) a PSP Rolleyes

I have a Playstation 2.. I have a GBA.. I have a DS.. and I have a 3DS for Dream, Drop, Distance..
But not a PSP.

Will I be lost without the (only) PSP game? Eek

Yes, Birth By Sleep is the most important entry in the series so far, as a matter of fact.

Grrrr, is there emulators for PSP too? D:

I tried Googling but can't find a good source, is there a website or something out there that tells the entire story of Kingdom Hearts and each game?

:/

Just wiki search the KH stories. Even I don't know the full story to BBS and I have the freaking game! I ended up letting my sisters' play through all 3 stories :|

Alrighty, I think I'm gonna play through the whole series again because I pretty much forgot..
So that means:
1. KH
2. KH2
3. KH Chain of Memories
4. KH Birth by Sleep (Read Story)
5. 358/2 Days
6. Re-coded? Or does that not count?
7. Wait for Dream Drop Distance

Correcto?

Nope. KH1, 2, BBS and 358/2 are the only important ones.

Coded and CoM are complete garbage and BOTH just rehash the first game. Don't waste your time.

I haven't done it for a while but I have replayed several SNES games on a computer emulator with my controller.

-The 3 Donkey Kong Country
-SMRPG
-SMW
-Lufia II
-Terranigma
-Some Megaman X
-Yoshi's Island (SMW2)

I will probably start Chrono Trigger or paper mario for N64 now that I read this thread.
