But my question isn't whether Hit Rate affects both Magic and Physical skills. I had little doubt that it did. I want to know for sure it affects both melee and non-melee. I don't know which Asura skills are melee and which are non-melee. How many non-melee skills did he use in that video? Ghost Orb? If you can confirm for me he used multiple non-melee skills, that would be good enough for me.

Hit Rate affects both ranged and melee. The Slayer weapon masteries are the only odd ones(afaik), in that they only affect physical hit rate, something Nexon failed to mention in the English descriptions(the Korean descriptions say phy hit rate, instead of just hit rate).
