Where do you recommend artifact-hunting?

I heard that the SC is to fix it... if they dont fix it this will be the EVENT of the year

I still don't see how this is broken.
You guys sound like "OMG you can just do the event and level 100-120 in an hour!"
But... my mule leveled 10 times naturally in the time it took her to get 3 artifacts, which totaled about 60%. Nice bonus, but hardly game-breaking. Even if each artifact gave her a full level, it would still be just the equivalent of 1.3x exp. Cool, but still not insane, especially when you consider that you only get 8 artifacts, and you have to be grinding to find them. Can't "just do the event".
In fact, since artifacts don't drop at Jesters, MP3, or LHC, you have to be grinding at inferior training spots to get these amazing(?) exp bonuses.
