He should be safe under fair use and how a korean company is serving him this document directly is entirely beyond me.

There's a sprite creator on Sleepywood.
Wonder how long it'll take for that to get shut down as well.

Maybe they think if people can create their own sprites they won't buy NX for their actual sprites T_T

Not as flexible as BannedStory & may take a little longer to load, but it has a ton of stuff we don't have yet & is updated regularly.

For anyone that hasn't used it - Click on the "Maple Story" link on the top navigator, then click on "MapleMaker(English)". The default character is a male, to change the gender you must change the eyes. A few of the links aren't in English, but it's easy to figure out by clicking around.
