This. For me "getting Masteria" is akin to getting Ariant, a possible patch time full of unintended problems leading to multiple extensions to reveal a new place to explore that has an average questing storyline, average to below-average monsters. A six-hour town with no other redeeming features. Could Masteria be upgraded to Ariant's sister Magatia with one of the best quest storyarcs, above-average training spots, novel features such as Maker and a fun little PQ? I don't rightly know, but wanting Masteria seems like a hope for CWK and the chance of getting the Krakian Jungle, oh wait, a lot of you are probably looking forward to Krakia too, right? Well, you get what I'm trying to say.

A new area is a new area. No matter how worthless(unless its Chryse) and it's open to all levels(chryes..) an area is an area. Okay, yeah a low leveled area would be so so stupid, but Masteria hasn't been that weak once you leave the NLC town area. It seemed to be reflective of the times. We got NLC, it was harder to level, so you got the lower leveled monsters. You got CWK part 1, harder, much more reflective of the times. Then CWKPQ, a lot more high levels were showing up sooo..thats what we got. Anyway my list:

Neo Tokyo
-What I expect-
Amoria expansion(given context clues)
-Anniversary
-77 weapons
-Some dumb event we all yell at but do anyway

I don't expect to see Masteria until after Chaos rolls around, reason:

After the summer update, one of our goals will be to work on achieving a better balance between releasing Korean MapleStory content quickly and developing exclusive Global content.

Don't get your hopes up for Masteria. They said earlier that they haven't even started with the development yet.

You guys think you're going to get level 77 maple weapons? O.o

I thought those were the 7th anniversary weapons, hince why they're level 77. I thought the whole "exclusive content" thing would be a GMS exclusive 6th anniversary event and then level 77 weapons would come out next year.

this is about my char being glitched, both my partner and I broke up our rings, and now we can't divorce, gm replied to my ticket saying what i quoted.

1 day before they announced the revamp. I'm pretty sure they are just applying a perm fix where you can just divorce no matter what.

EDIT: 50% of my tickets that are closed, i get maple points, i should open more tickets

No they said they've started, just haven't put anything through or in testing yet. But they have plans for it.

They had that whole event where the players were allowed to say what they want to be added into amoria so you never know

The exclusive content can go either bad or awesomesauced.
My expectations for this patch is 7/10.

Maybe you shouldn't marry every 13 year old girl that you meet on the game, since you know you guys just divorce when she doesn't want to give you the nudes you're looking for.

OT- My best guess is a patch in early May containing something to do with anniversary/Visitor PQ.

I would honestly be happy if they just patch and fixed the headband equips from making your character's hair go flat like BannedStory, and maybe spend the entire patch with no new content and just bug fixes and game improvements... but that is wishful thinking.

bring back 1st anniversary The exchange cake boxes was a lot of fun, especially with a decent drop rate and pretty bandannas xD

He's mistaken. They said that they've tossed around some ideas but nothing is good enough for them to move forward with in any case. Talking about it =/= anything ever happening. Otherwise I'm going back in time.

I'm hoping for a visitor PQ return, as are a lot of people. Just stick it in mirror of dimension or something, Nexon

I HOPE! no cake vs pie.......after that maple started lagging like helllll, event was bad too 40+ ppl in a map lol

TBH(To Be Honest), I think its going to be the same all all the other years. The locked portal in NLC will be open, GMs will hold events, we will be getting more maple weapons that we can trade w/ Maple Leafs, etc. Thats everything you need to know. endtheardherebecauseiwon/

Masteria expansion and MAYBE visitor event would be the 2 only things that'd make me come back to this game.

I want Visitor event back, not because of the equips, but the PQ itself was actually pretty fun. Too fun and well-designed (aside from the ridiculous wait times in some rooms) to be relegated to being purely a limited event thing.

For now? I'm just going to watch as Nexon releases next month's calendar and see if everyone goes ballistic over it, if it happens to feature something that looks completely new.

There will apparently be 7 ATT scrolls next anniversary, according to what someone saw from an Owl (20% chance of success, 100% rate of destruction).

Someone can look for that for me for confirmation (as I can't log on right now), since I could be wrong on that. :v
