Next Patch - Discussion

Hey Guys.

I would like to see your prediction about new patch. Nexon promises something exclusive for May, isn't it?
I hope that they don't lie us.

Anniversary on GMS are on 11 May so patch should on 27th April, 4th or 11th May.

Do you think we will get level 77 new maple weapons. Maybe MonsterBook from JapanMS? If they really release something special this time i think it won't something big they should open Tespia as they did for Visitor Event. Maybe just new Cake Hill? ;/

On a second thought i don't need it. Next patch is gonna be full of fail and deception like other patches so meh.

Honestly, Tespia is an insult that should never be spoken of again unless they actually start to fix the bugs we report.
As for the next patch? I sure hope it will be Chaos. A simple anniversary event (and only that) is not compatible with their new policy of less patching and more content. I would not mind if they held off Chaos in favor for masteria though, but that feels like a pipe dream.

What will probably be added: lv 77 weapons and a lame event, MAYBE Visitor event again.

I think we can safely assume that the Anniversary patch will take place on April 27th, although my only reasoning for this is that the last day of the Spring Flower event is the 26th.

I believe we'll see level 77 maple items.. I don't expect any Masterian content, but I think we'll have the Visitor PQ reopened.

You forgot to mention the massive number of bugs and a possible meso exploit. That sort of patch seems to happen at the start of every summer.

Honestly, Tespia is an insult that should never be spoken of again unless they actually start to fix the bugs we report.

On top of that, it doesn't even seem like they take it seriously. Last round, there was a LOT of information that was changed/added to the official. To the point where you might think that they intentionally withheld data so as to not spoil the entire patch, which defeats the point of tespia in the first place.

Thats covered in the "fail" part of the patch.

Ok. I know this a far strecth, if you consider they removed monster book, and they said those stuffs...

But what if we get the new Monster book from JMS? The visitor event was "exclusive" too...

Oh god, don't make me suffer like that! Monster Book and Masteria are the top wanted things for me.

I'm curious to know what you all are expecting from Masteria considering all this mentioning of it.

This. For me "getting Masteria" is akin to getting Ariant, a possible patch time full of unintended problems leading to multiple extensions to reveal a new place to explore that has an average questing storyline, average to below-average monsters. A six-hour town with no other redeeming features. Could Masteria be upgraded to Ariant's sister Magatia with one of the best quest storyarcs, above-average training spots, novel features such as Maker and a fun little PQ? I don't rightly know, but wanting Masteria seems like a hope for CWK and the chance of getting the Krakian Jungle, oh wait, a lot of you are probably looking forward to Krakia too, right? Well, you get what I'm trying to say.

What I'd assume we get are the level 77 maple weapons with maybe a new Maple Anniversary PQ involving a couple of killing/JQ stages, and at the end has Cake Boss who drops the maple weapons.

The exclusive content can go either bad or awesomesauced.
My expectations for this patch is 7/10.

Around the time for anniversaries, they usually put effort into their patches.
