Cartoon Network Cancels “Sym-Bionic Titan”

Shidoshi Wrote:Do you want me to explain why I like My Little Pony so much that I'd be watching it over Teen Titans (which was a very good show)?
1. I'm a sucker for controversial stuff, watching My Little Ponies is extremely bizarre for me so I enjoy doing it. It's also fun how everyone is so polarized about it, either they love it or they hate it.

2. It's awesome to be watching a show with such a huge community producing content about it daily in ammounts far too great to keep up.

3. I love having different experiences, this show is my first time watching a cartoon primarily made for girls. It's a completely different experience and with the way the show is so GOOD it's awesome.

4. I can't stress enough how good the community is, between ponychan, the 24/7 streaming channel, equestriadaily, the writepapayas, the drawpapayas, /co/, ponibooru, paheal.rule34, pony games, pony videos, cupcakes and the constant creation of new memes and catch phrases you simply avoid getting involved. Also everyone is generally friendly inside and won't ostacize new people.

5. You grow attached to the characters.

6. Taking part in an internet phenomena is fun.

7. Trolling people who hate the show is infinitely fun, they fall for it everytime.

1. How is a show for 12 years old girls controversial, I suppose you mean being part of a "controversial audience"?
2. So your a sheep?
3. You're standards are very low, honestly most people don't hate the show they hate the fanbase.
4. So once again, you're a sheep following a herd...
5. I didn't because I've seen them already, and it's been done better by other shows.
6. Once again you go "Baaaaa"
7. Yes but reverse trolling people to spill out how pathetically attached they are to mediocrity is more fun then hearing a (and excuse my celebrity over-usage) Justin Beiber fan try and justify Beiber's fame.

I got my laugh, thanks for that sadoshi.

Samurai Jack
Dragonball Z
some Gundam
Thundercats
some Transformers
One Piece
Evangelion
Yu Yu Hakusho
Ruroni Kenshin

that would probably be one of the best lineups for a toonami reboot

I thought the death of taste was when Toonami went off air and then the flood of worthless shows (like reality shows... on a f'ucking cartoon TV station...) started filling every block.

I'm no anime fan, but I didn't think most of the shows on Toonami were any good, either. I think it's just a generational thing. I grew up watching Looney Tunes and Anamaniacs, and those are what I think of when I think of cartoons.

Shidoshi Wrote:Hmm, you wanted to say that Cartoon Network is dead right? You are just watching the wrong cartoons/channel.

There is a whole new world waiting you on other seas. When you start thinking that all the shows you are watching are bad it probably means that you should change for something different, maybe try something that you nomally thought was bad and not for you.
I have a sudden urge to do... something...

Cartoons died long ago but if you want cartoons and not anime than I'd suggest they put Batman: The Animated Series back on.

Honestly it's my favorite actual cartoon.

God damn it Cartoon Network.

@Erebus: I blame the damn FCC. Batman: TAS was amazing, and Animaniacs was nothing but fun jabs at everything it could lay its fingers on (ESPECIALLY the network censors). However, you didn't list Freakazoid or even The Tick? .... "Go away please".

My favorites growing up that would be good (Looney Toons excluded, because those are legends) :

-Superman cartoon! That sh'it was awesome.
-Spiderman cartoon. F'uck yes.
-Batman cartoon - He was my favorite super hero as a child.
-Johnny Bravo - Who doesn't love this guy?
-Ed, Edd 'n Eddy - No words.
-Samurai Jack - I didn't really watch this much, but what I watched was pretty cool.
-Courage the Cowardly Dog

I'm suffering from amnesia at the moment, apparently. .-. I can't remember anything.

 Spoiler

I liked the show and I loved the mystery behind it. (But that might just be because I missed the first few episodes) Why would they cancel it...?

Very good line-up. Not much else I can think of, besides the aforementioned Dexter.

Goddamnit, it sounds like a decent cartoon, yet I never truly watched CN after Toonami died.
