Let's figure that a Dexless sin will be using a 51 ATK Kandayo (+18 ATK from base), 10 ATK WG, 12 ATK pot, and Ilbies - a very likely scenario. This gives you 100 ATK.
To keep things the same, let's assume a Red Craven with the same boost to weapon attack that the Kandayo got (+18) bringing the total attack to 65 ATK, 10 ATK WG, 12 ATK pot, and Ilbies. This brings the total to 114.
Dexless Sin:
2.00 * (4 * (500 + 50) + 25) * (100 / 100) = 4450
All sins must have 25 base DEX, so that's why 25 is there.
Regular Dex:
You said the regular dex sin would have 100 DEX, which is really +75 off of the base 25. So I will take 75 from LUK and put that into DEX for a total of 425 LUK and 100 DEX
2.00 * (4 * (425 + 42) + 100) * (114 / 100) = 4487
Dex sins have just as good damage as dexless sins. Perhaps even better, though, because higher level items grant better potential system bonuses. So, in the end, DEX sins make a hell of a lot more sense than dexless.
For example, level 100 items which the DEX sin can wear can give +9% +9% +9% on LUK which gives +27%. The Kandayo can only give +6% +6% +6% = 18%. Which would you rather have?
So they're just going to tack on +% bonuses to existing equipment?

You have to do it yourself.

Adding that:
The percent bonus on gear depends on it's level. Level 120 stuff will have more potential than level 50 stuff. It's in your best interest to wear as high of level as stuff as possible.

the problem seems worst than i thought. except for warriors
not just all the problem with accuracy, but "less" classes will become weaker 0_o i really think Nexon should reset AP

Once again, Nexon never really told players to go statless. That was a choice the players made for themselves. They found a way to use a somewhat broken stat system to their favour. Nexon tried to fix it, now statless characters face the consequences of their choice. The sp reset on the other hand is something that every character needs to go through since every character has stats in the changed skills. Not every character was statless. If they really thought they needed to reset AP they would've done it when the potential scrolling system came out.

They did tell players to use statless by having formulas which obviously made statless better. Have you seen the old L7 formula? Yeah, that's what I'm referring to.

So the item rating system can give +% bonuses? I'm still unclear about how we're supposed to get these effects.

if you think like that, Nexon never told anyone to HP wash what still is something needed to even step on PB map. oh yea, Nexon never told us to kill PB too that is why he has so many HP. srsly?
your comments just look like you want see statless classes get screwed just for the pleasure of it.
broken system? the system never was "broken". it was the way it always was here in GMS or KMS or in any version of maple for the past 7 years. if you said that elemental weapons were broken in GMS before the change i would agree cause the weapons arent made to be like that since from start
now about the stat system, it was untouched over the YEARS, not just that, with the evolution of maple be statless or low stats become more and more easier and profitable due the new equips, acessorys and all that crap Nexon was throwing in the game and that they made a whole bunch of $$$ out of it. since build a "less" char usually take 10 times more mesos and NX than a regular char.
so once again i think that should have a AP reset.

Well technically, you could just pump points into hp.
But then that lowers your almighty damage.
Your comment just looks like you don't want your damage to get reduced.

It's a lot easier to go from Statless to LowStat than vise versa.
If you're not a mage, train at places your level or under until you can get the AP and gear to be low stat.
If you are a mage, haha you're screwed. Train on snails? I don't think we know much about the Magic Acc Formula. Can't all you kMST people help us with that?

the damage is not important 0_o. look how i started the thread, the accuracy is the main problem so far since the char wont be able to hit anything just because the stats are in only 1 group what destroy almost all the "less" chars
lets say you are in advanced lvl like 160+ , you will have to train at least more 10 ~15 lvls in way way lower monster to gain AP stats to put in the secondary stats to give a small chance to make you be able to train in high lvl mobs again? is that fair?

wtp? Kandayo?? i loled...
Where you at man? dexless sins (the dexless claw users anyways) nowadays use Skanda which is usually 60ish atk if well scrolled and even better the level 77 maple claw in KMS
Plus you didn't account for those godly dexless lampion/Sleeve/Craven using NLs that can equip the highest level claws without investing any points in dex...which most NL will EVENTUALLY reach at some point and it will be a hassel and a huge waste of money to reset those stats back from dex
So inconclusion dexless sins will always win both in the long run and short run and way easier to fund, I believe it is the same for other statless classes also but I'm too lazy to do the calculations

Calling a NL with 25 base dex wearing gear that adds +1829371 dex "dexless" just confuses the issue. Putting that AP in dex and adding luk gives the same end result.
Potential gear will ruin a lot of the statless whoring, anyway. It's pretty difficult to scroll +35 dex on an overall and then proceed to increase the stars on it without booming it.

this used to be the case...well not really since maple warrior only affect base stat and stuff that adds str and luk are usually alot more expensive than stuff that add dex
but as far as I know % equips only affect base stats, this will sure gives statless even more advantage over regular build

I'm just saying that a lot of people go statless, and I can't really find any other reason, because they want more damage at a lower level compared to their normal build counterparts. That's an unballance no? And isn't this whole process to try to balance the classes to the best of Nexon's ability?
But I do see your point and I get that it's a problem. I just don't expect an AP reset.

There have been no AP resets for those who, unknowingly, pineappleed up their builds. They have 2 choices, plunge the godcock further up their ass, or resort to a clean redo. I'd offer those 2 options for those who, mistakenly, did the same thing. Why should Stat-less people who made the same mistake have some privileges over anyone else? You're suggesting because they cash out ten times more money? Right.

Going dexless for 15 Luk more from MW? Big f'ucking deal. You'd want to reconsider your priority, 15Luk or +8% Luk difference.

MW adds to your secondary stat, too. My Corsair gets 9 STR from MW, which means I can keep my base STR lower by 9.
