New Maplestory Area Revealed on the "Win a trip to Korea" contest

I just noticed something about the new area, In the left house you can see what appears to be 2 people???

Im not sure, but they look like it, Now this brings up 2 things
1.- If they are people, then they are certainly not the kind of people you expect to see in maple, however the design looks A LOT like maple.
2.- If the above is true, then could that mean that its not an area for maplestory BUT for Maplestory 2?

Wth is that dog/demon in the second pic doing to that poor piggy?

Which one? The 2nd is likely a cutscene like in aran/evan, and the 1st one with the green tree is a slight re-design of the cygnus character creation that went along with the new login screen. Everything got an overhaul. This was in the original blog post on spadow's blog. Again, this kind of thing was why I was saying for solarboy to give credits with a link and.. don't edit the articles. I understand english isn't his first language.. but if it's from spadow's blog, might as well just check something wasn't changed.

Hehe, I wish I could have visited there - I'd most likely be interested in the character/monster artwork than the actual development and testing of new Maple content. I wonder if they have Black Wings/Black Magician offical art/sketches hiding around there somewhere...Of course, I'm probably the only one wondering that... >D

Clone implies it looks exactly like, or alot like NLC. This doesnt even have a knockoff feel to NLC. But who knows, maybe Nexon NA is having Nexon Korea construct their content.

It instantly reminded me of NLC too .

For some reason I never thought of the new map being like NLC. That'd be awesome to just have the possibility of Masteria not being dead for the rest of time.

As for the cutscene, someone on Spadow's Blog said it looked like a Chief Guardian of TT (I'm thinking memory) and I can see it in the image too, so I can't imagine the possibility of this new town being connected to TT or at least some form of time travel being eliminated. I just want to know more since the current content patch in-works kind of sucks.
