Who's still enjoying their IP bans?

Depends on your ISP. Some cable modems will get a new IP every time you restart them. With others you'd need to change your computer (or router)'s MAC address, and that'll get you a new IP. Some ISPs just give you the same IP no matter what. Might be able to ask them about that though, if it really is an issue.

Wow, nexon actually unbanned me in 1 day! im happy about that, but theres something that worry me too much, when i try to log on my acc theres a msg saying my acc has been deactivated cause due to inactity or improper acces attempts, im pretty sure someone tried to get my acc but not sure, what do you think?

This happens to accounts that tried to login from a blocked IP.

Well I hadnt checked in a while...keep in mind my original IP Ban date was 2/24/2010...so when I saw your post I checked out of curiousity myself....and here's the answer.........

I finnaly got a new ip from my isp after 4 phone calls and 8 days of being ip banned. I would not be suprized if my old ip is still ip banned. I submitted a ticket for compensation of damages and losses caused by this harrassment by nexon and its still "open"

no, your account becomes inactive and must be reactivated with the email address. (an other bandaid for nexons failures at security that is gonna cause thousands of accounts to become lost forever in a couple months)

Nearly three weeks later, and I'm still IP-banned as well.

Well, IP banned a 3rd time. Surprisingly, they fixed it overnight (again). I just wish they were this fast for all cases. (Maybe it's because I've been IP banned so many times they know it's me(Maybe not but it's a possibility))
