At this point it's your word against theirs, but i'm sure they have the proof. So i'll take their word for it.
Did you not read my above post. My guildie WAS falsely banned AND was denied an overturn when he appealed as it was DEEMED his ban was CORRECT. He had to actually email Nexon direct in order to get a competent GM to review his case and acknowledge that his banning was in fact a mistake.
