Just occurred to me, but does anyone else feel like Santalune Forest is like an exact copy of Viridian Forest?

260 Pokémon captured, over 400 seen. Long, long way to go. Nice to know some GTS trades can be really quick so I don't have to worry much at all about Pokés that evolve via trade.

Working on gathering my Mega Stones since it's 8:00-9:00 PM, think I have about half. The only one that will have to wait is Blastoisinite since it costs $500,000 and I only have $30,000 after buying Charizardinite Y. This is only counting version-exclusive stones.

I think we only have the 453 that can be caught in this game. Maybe 456 if Torchic isn't part of Kalos Dex or 447 if the other Hoenn starters count towards Kalos since they don't exist as far as I know. The other 270-ish will have to wait.

Just defeated the elite 4...seemed like a cake walk really & the ending was very well done for a Pokemon game, personally.

There's a massage place in a house somewhere in Cyllage City, I think. Then you can give it a Soothe Bell and heal it often and give it stat increasing items and crap.

At the start of the game, not much. Amie doesn't work.
Other methods are to just keep walking around with it, feed it vitamins, let it hold a soothe bell. Don't let it faint in battle or feed it bitter items either. The happiness will keep increasing gradually. Unless there's like certain moves you want it to learn or don't want to miss, leveling it adds a bit too.

Are you waiting to EV train it? You can just use a mule pokemon to unlock all the super trainings and then perfect the EVs for the event torchic (and other pokemon that you want EV trained). Also there's that water monkey thing in the forest that you could use.

It might just be me, but I'd rather wait a bit... Or at least get a lot of money so that I can buy those vitamins to shorten the EV training time. It just depends on how you want to go about it, especially if you're going to be breeding them for better IVs?
