it states it as 120 MS, considering that looking for hurricane shows no frames, it's possible he's wrong.

I thought MapleArchive pulled directly from the data.

Pulling up Mille Aiguilles shows HTultimateDrive as 120ms as well, so it's odd that they would have a start-up delay time noted for Tempest and Mille but not for Hurricane/Rapid Fire.
