Hit's per second of Phantom's Tempest?

180ms is not possible, Tempest does more -way- more DPS then Twilight

Tempest (lvl1 atm) => 1000/180 * 225% = 1250%
Carte Noire (100% crit) => 1000/180 * 220% = 1222%
Total => 2472%

Twilight (lvl1 atm) => 1000/810 * 1515 = 1870%
Carte Noire (100% crit) => 1000/810 * 220% = 272%
Total => 2142%

In-game, Tempest does more DPS by a factor of +/- 2x then Twilight... There has to be another delay somehow or something that went wrong with the coding...
