Self Haste + Dark Sight (Dual Blade) = broken as hell.

Since when is having a new speed buff override an old speed buff "Not working as intended"? It's been like that for years.

The fact that the speed from haste doesn't come back is a huge mobility nerf.
Before the update, dark sight didn't have the +10 speed, so this problem didn't exist.
Hopefully it won't be like this when the db revamp hits.
