Plus, i don't even see anything in the data about it using NX at all.

CMS got the link skill, exactly the same one. If you get the one you desired you could "lock" it. If not you could "cube" the stat away.

GMS may not have this yet but since it's pretty much the same......doesn't sound good to me.
