Even if it is, there are still typos in NPC descriptions such as "palstic" instead of "plastic" as someone said, and that's from patch 0.56.
This just proves how useless Tespia was regarding fixing bugs. Even if a lot of people reported a lot of bugs, NEXON didn't fix them.
They probably realized it was useless, and they didn't open it again, probably for that reason.
