or will you think that everyone up there = possible hacker.

Better to be safe than sorry

Well, Nexon lets the most obvious hackers slide or give them temp bans (ie. the ones using summon hacks or FM AC-ers).

In this case he wasn't even hacking. Even if he did hack and get up there, does harmlessly sitting up there do anything to the game? The GM should have checked his class and given him the benefit of the doubt instead of permanently banning him. It's ridiculous that he got such a harsh punishment.
