Avoidability, Avoid rate and Dodge Rate
#5
I'm not sure myself, but from what I can understand, they're seperate.

Dodge rate is the chance of a monster missing you due to a special skill effect, like Shadow Shifter, Guardian, and Ignis Roar, I think, gives the dodge effect for Mercedes, and Phantom's Flash and Free, which will display Phantom's stylized raven motif upon dodging successfully.

Avoid rate is is a multiplier that affects the miss rate granted by avoidability. For example, if it still works like it did when we got big bang, I don't quite remember it, so this is probably wrong, but it's just an example, and the method itself isn't important, if a monster has 9 accuracy, and you have 400 avoid, you'd have an 17% (sqrt(400) - sqrt(9)), this is what's important, chance of avoiding attacks, or something like that, that 17% is multiplied by skills that increase avoid rate, so for example if a skill gave 30% avoid rate, it'd be 17% * 1.3, giving you a 22.1% avoid rate.

There's dodge rate, avoid rate, and a third one I don't remember, and I might be confusing avoid rate with that third one.
