There was 1 person left who could solo the last 1/3 HP bar if they wanted to waste 20 minutes. Thus the run would technically be a success and my brother would get a +1 count for the boss dungeon towards an event.

All is good now, he got his char back to normal. I really want to send my maple complaints under the "Dragon Nest" heading now and have them read my maple tickets.
