If Nexon is misrepresenting them or what they stand for the best they can do is remove Nexon from their membership, or require Nexon to prove they're truly upholding the standards of the Council. If Nexon doesn't really care they'd just accept the disbarment and keep on as usual. If they actually felt it mattered somehow they'd do whatever it took to keep their standing.
