Some skill modifications have been made.

I see "It will be possible" and "skill modifications have been made," but my question is, will it be possible with the skill modification? This, especially since testers in GMST don't report massive differences? Even in a farming situation, I never see 8K's and only once against super squishies have I seen someone top 3K in a battle. -Is possibly excited for a return to old PvP-
