v.104 Legends Update Notes Cannoneer and more <div class="hr"/> New Content

<div class="hr"/> New Job: Cannoneer

Cannoneers are a new Explorer Pirate job. They have their own tutorial area on Coco Island, which is a new area near Nautilus Harbor. They also use a new weapon called a hand cannon.

• Cannoneers can only be created by selecting the Cannoneer option when creating a new character.
  
• Cannoneer job advancements are done through the same NPCs as other Explorer Pirates, beginner with Kyrin in the Navigation Room of the Nautilus.
  
• Like other Explorer Pirates, they can make job advancements at Lv.10, Lv.30, Lv.70, and Lv.120.
  
• They must have a hand cannon equipped in order to perform most of their skills.
  
• Their primary stat is strength (STR), and their secondary stat is dexterity (DEX).
  
• Hand cannons that are of a higher level than the beginning one are not currently on sale in NPC stores. They can be obtain through smithing, monster drops, and from certain events.
  
• Each Cannoneer has its own individual Cash Inventory not shared with other characters.
  
• Coco Island is only accessible when creating a new Cannoneer, and you cannot return after leaving it.
  

Unique Beginner skills

• Master of Swimming (Master Level: 1): Increases swimming speed. Automatically obtained upon 1st job advancement.
  
• Master of Organization (Master Level: 2): Permanently expands Equip, Use, Etc, and Set-up inventories by up to 24 at max level. Automatically obtained upon 1st job advancement and automatically levels up upon 2nd job advancement.
  
• Pirate Blessing (Master Level: 1): Permanently buffs another character in the same world on the same account. STR/DEX/INT/LUK +15, Max HP/MP +5%. Automatically obtained upon 1st job advancement. Upon reaching Lv.70, you can give the blessing.
  

1st job advancement skills: Pirate

• Cannon Blaster (Master Level: 20): Shoots a flame bomb that attacks multiple enemies. At max level: MP Cost 11, Damage: 225%, Max Enemies Hit: 3
  
• Blast Back (Master Level: 15): Fires the cannon while quickly moving backwards. At max level: MP Cost 20, Damage: 210%, Max Enemies Hit: 3, 70% chance of decreasing the speed of the target by -60 for 5 sec
  
• Cannon Strike (Master Level: 20): Strikes nearby enemies. At max level: MP Cost 9, Damage: 91%, Max Enemies Hit: 3, Number of attacks: 3
  
• Cannon Boost (Master Level: 10): Passive buff. At max level: ATT: +20, Weapon/Magic DEF +250
  

2nd job advancement skills: Cannoneer

• Scatter Shot (Master Level: 20): Attack multiple enemies in front of you by firing a multitude of small bombs. At max level: MP Cost 24, Damage: 220%, Max Enemies Hit: 4, Number of Attacks: 2
  
• Barrel Bomb (Master Level: 20): Rolls an Oak Barrel full of bombs. The Oak Barrel will travel a certain distance, knocking back enemies in its path, before exploding. At max level: MP Cost 28, Damage: 50%, Max Enemies Hit: 8, Number of Attacks: 3, Knockback Chance: 100%, Explodes dealing 300% damage after moving a fixed distance.
  
• Cannon Booster (Master Level: 20): Active buff. At max level: MP Cost 15, Duration: 200 sec, Increases attack speed by 2 levels. Required Skill: Cannon Mastery Lv.5
  
• Monkey Magic (Master Level: 20): Active buff. At max level: MP Cost 55, Duration: 300 sec, All stats +20, HP/MP +300, Speed +10, Jump +5, ACC/Avoid +160; Party buff that can stack with other buffs.
  
• Cannon Mastery (Master Level: 20): Passive buff. At max level: Cannon Mastery +50%, ACC +120
  
• Critical Fire (Master Level: 15): Passive buff. At max level: Critical Rate +20%, Minimum Critical Damage +10%
  
• Pirate Training (Master Level: 10): Passive buff. At max level: STR/DEX +30
  

3rd job advancement skills: Cannon Trooper

• Cannon Spike (Master Level: 20): Fires a drilling projectile. At max level: MP Cost 36, Damage: 260%, Max Enemies Hit: 3, Number of Attacks: 3
  
• Monkey Madness (Master Level: 20): Explodes a large number of bombs around you. At max level: Passive: Barrel Bomb Damage +30%; Active: MP Cost 46, Damage: 280%, Max Enemies Hit: 10, Number of Attacks: 5, Stun Chance: 95%, Stun Duration: 4 sec, Cooldown: 5 sec
  
• Cannon Jump (Master Level: 15): Fires the cannon at the ground and uses the recoil to jump high into the air. At max level: MP Cost 35, Damage: 210%, Max Enemies Hit: 6.
  
• Monkey Wave (Master Level: 20): Creates a large noise that deals damage to enemies in front of you. Hold down the button to charge the meter; more damage will be done if the meter is full. At max level: MP Cost 55, Damage: 1000%, Max Enemies Hit: 8, Stun Chance: 95%. After landing a Critical with any attack, there is a 20% chance (at Master Level) of being able to use the skill at max power without charging (a buff icon will appear).
  
• Barrel Roulette (Master Level: 10): Active random buff. At max level: MP Cost 60, Duration: 240 sec, 30% chance to inflict darkness, stun, freeze, or slow for 5 sec to an enemy youre attacking, Cooldown: 30 sec
  
• Luck of the Die (Master Level: 20): Chance to get a random buff. At max level: MP Cost 60, Duration: 180 sec, Cooldown: 200 sec
  
• Reinforced Cannon (Master Level: 15): Passive buff. At max level: ATT +30, attack speed +1
  
• Pirate Rush (Master Level: 20): Passive buff. At max level: HP +20%, DEF +50%, Abnormal Status Resistance +20%
  
• Counter Crush (Master Level: 15): Passive buff. At max level: 20% chance of blocking an enemy attack and countering with 160% damage; melee attack
  

4th job advancement skills: Cannon Master

<ul>Cannon Bazooka (Master Level: 30): Shoots enemies in front of you. At max level: MP Cost 75, Damage: 650%, Max Enemies Hit: 6, Number of Attacks: 2. Requires a Mastery Book.
Cannon Barrage (Master Level: 30): Shoots an enemy in front of you. At max level: MP Cost 63, Damage: 305%, Number of Attacks: 5, Bonus Critical Rate: 15%. Requires a Mastery Book.
Nautilus Strike (Master Level: 30): Summon the Nautilus to perform an airstrike on enemies. At max level: MP Cost 350, Damage: 520 %, Max Enemies Hit: 15, Number of Attacks: 3, Cooldown: 30 sec. Requires a Mastery Book.
Pirate's Spirit (Master Level: 30): At max level: Passive Buff: Permanently increases chance to counterattack by 15%; Active Buff: MP Cost 80, Duration: 300, Power Stance chance: 80%
Anchors Aweigh (Master Level: 15): Drops an anchor that pulls enemies toward it. At max level: MP Cost 86, Damage: 500% at fixed intervals, Duration: 20 sec; Explodes for 620% additional damage after its time runs out.
Monkey Militia (Master Level: 15): Summons stationary monkey artillery. At max
