Drop in profit is not the same as losing money. Also it was mentioned "these results signify the company's latest "strategic decisions" that were put into effect to keep it growing steadily in the long-term." So they spent a bunch of money on something resulting in lower profits. Note that net revenue was up.
It's not the best news for ChinaMS but it looks like it's hardly worth worrying about.
