Okay, it isn't actually $10,000 in cash. That would pineappleing own though. I was part of this History Bowl team and the members of the winning team each received a 10k scholarship to go to the university that hosted it. Runners up got 9k each, I believe.
It is a pretty nice campus, although it is only a 30-40 minute drive from home..I haven't decided if that's good or bad. :X
So yea. Weeeeeee! I'm just so excited and everything!
EDIT: Also, the entire 3 person team this year is made up of juniors. We could go back there again and win again, doubling the money, which would make it even better!
However, the money is limited to that university. That is probably the only downside, if I even consider it one...:f6:
