Big Grin Okay, it isn't actually $10,000 in cash. That would pineappleing own though. I was part of this History Bowl team and the members of the winning team each received a 10k scholarship to go to the university that hosted it. Runners up got 9k each, I believe.

It is a pretty nice campus, although it is only a 30-40 minute drive from home..I haven't decided if that's good or bad. :X

So yea. Weeeeeee! I'm just so excited and everything! Biggrin


EDIT: Also, the entire 3 person team this year is made up of juniors. We could go back there again and win again, doubling the money, which would make it even better! [Image: franticsij0.gif]

However, the money is limited to that university. That is probably the only downside, if I even consider it one...:f6:

Actually, I do. Tongue I had no idea of how I would pay for college aside from this A+ program. 50 hours of tutoring = 2 years of free community college (and tons of local colleges offering scholarships to compete with it). I only have like 15 hours done, but I'm taking a class next year (hopefully) to finish the rest and earn another scholarship that way. Big Grin

And then there's a few other things I might qualify for and whatnot. :X

Lindenwood. It isn't all that big or anything, but from what I saw, the campus was nice and everything.
