There's a significant difference between artistic development, storyline development, map development and actual engine development.

The whole post is regarding server/client modification on what they can and can't do. The whole argument is about why they can't fix server/client-related issues. Get me?
If they experience difficulties doing this, they need to acquire adequate staff to remedy that issue.
