I'm new here but I'd be glad to help!
I can give some info on Pirates and Thieves training spots.

It's a great idea but IMO with the current state of maple everything is:
monsters around beginning town -> Mush Kingdom -> NLC Withces/Jesters -> mp3 -> LHC
