Will gach, cubes etc. soon become illegal?

Why not change the way alchemy fusing works too? While we can't get rid of NX cubes (at least for now), let's give NX-less or low-NX players a chance of getting some decent potential. The current fusing-for-potential system is just way too random to be useful.

Any ideas?
